For the third edition of the Omnichannel Readiness Index (ORI 3.0) for the Swiss retail industry, more than 50 Swiss retailers from various industries were analyzed between January and February 2022 using desk research based on approx. 100 criteria. The importance of those criteria for customers was gathered in a representative survey of 1000 consumers.
